Dr. Javid Osafi is a distinguished dental implant surgeon renowned for his expertise with complex Full Mouth Dental Implant Rehabilitation, Zygomatic Dental Implant surgery, and treating patients with severe dental anxiety.
With a passion for transforming smiles and restoring confidence, Dr. Javid Osafi is dedicated to providing the highest quality care and personalized treatment for each patient. He has devoted his entire career to providing care for patients of all ages. From his experience treating complex pediatric patients in the hospital setting, Dr. Osafi has created the most conservative, digitally-driven dental implant process that allows patients with the most severe cases of bone loss to receive the ultimate quality in dental implant care with the least disruption to their wellness and livelihood.
Behfar Osafi, DMD
Graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and pursued further training in implant dentistry. Dr. Behfar Osafi is Specialized in Oral Implantology and full-arch reconstruction. He has placed and restored over 5,000 dental implants with immediate loading.

Dr. Osafi specializes in complex rehabilitation, repair of previous "All-on-4 / All-on-6 or All on X cases" and Full mouth rehabilitation, with emphasis on cosmetics and function (TMJ/TMD). In 2020, he built Avant Dental Arts - A full-service laboratory to be able to control the entire dental process. With his brother, he founded New Life Dental Implant Center.
Dr. Behfar Osafi completes the entire All-On-4™ Procedure using a guided digital system for efficient and conservative treatment.
